Welcome to 503 ROOFERS! Founded by Andrew Zel in Portland, Oregon, our story began with Andrew's real estate investments at just 18 years old. Starting with a single house, he quickly expanded his portfolio to include several hundred apartment units across multiple states.

When confronted with roofing issues, Andrew and his team didn't rely on others for solutions. Instead, they took matters into their own hands, mastering repairs and installation of asphalt shingle roofs and saving significant sums in roofing expenses over time.

Despite enduring significant losses during the 2009 market crash, they refused to be defeated. They relaunched their construction enterprise, Apartment Constructions LLC, with 503 ROOFERS as their primary marketing arm for repair and installation of asphalt shingle roofs in East Portland. With years of experience and dedication, we bring unparalleled expertise to every project.

We strive to keep things simple and affordable, avoiding the need for fancy warehouses or new trucks like many big roofing companies.
